Daniel Lipschutz

Daniel handles complex and contentious domestic and international disputes in family law matters pertaining to divorce, custody, division of assets, child and spousal support, paternity and business valuations.   He is an experienced litigator, highly regarded for his financial and accounting acumen and diverse understanding of divorce law, as well as his ability to negotiate substantial divorce and family law matters.

While a skilled divorce and family law litigator, Daniel’s primary goal is to assist his clients in resolving difficult family matters and helping them move forward with their lives in a dignified and respectful manner. Recognizing that not every situation requires a courtroom, Daniel resolves some cases through negotiation, as warranted by the particular circumstances of a case and the client’s individual needs.

In recognition for his excellence in divorce and family law practice, Daniel has been honored by Super Lawyers Magazine.  He is a frequent speaker and writer on family law, valuations, trial procedure, and the law.
